A properly packed shipment is greatest protection against damage. We strive to pack every single heavy item as meticulously as possible. Any package weighing equal or more than 10 lbs is subjected to WSP surcharge. Heavy items need additional support or cushioning.

To ensure this we wrap each item at least two to three layers of large bubble wrap and tape around the item so that it stays in place but can be easily removed without damaging the other wrapped items.

A good bubble wrapping also provides the benefit of being water resistant which adds an extra level of protection to your item. Heavy weight shipping surcharge is calculated according to the total weight of the order. Surcharge according to weight is added to the flat shipping fee of $6.99 for orders under $75(before tax and charges) as well as for orders over $75.00.
