INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gms meat (pieces of pork, ham or chicken)
  • 5 large onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cabbage
  • ⅔ bunch of leeks
  • 1 package bean sprouts
  • Rice
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Soya sauce
  • parsley
  • Aashirvaad salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Fry the onions and garlic until golden in colour.
  • Add meat and cook for about 20 minutes on low heat. Add cabbage. Cover and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes.
  • Add leeks and bean sprouts. Cook for another 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  • Add rice, then ketchup, soya sauce, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
  • You can add more spices if desired.
