  • 1 bunch baby bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons black bean sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


  • Remove and discard any discolored leaves and tough stems from bok choy. Separate leaves and wash thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels.
  • Cut stems into uniform lengths and leaves into wide strips. Heat oil in a wok, add stems. Stir fry briefly, then cover and cook 2 minutes. Add leaves and stir fry 1 minute or until just tender.
  • Add sauce and sesame oil, stir 30 seconds or until heated through. Serve immediately.
