It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their network is configured in a secure manner. A member may not authorize their network, through action or inaction, to be configured in such a way that provides easy access to third-party to use their network in an illegal or inappropriate manner. 6. Use the services to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items or services or use the service in connection with financial scams, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative messages. 7. Use services to transfer files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or rights of privacy of publicity) unless the member owns or controls the rights to do the same. EFoodDepot.Com has no obligation to monitor the service. However, EFoodDepot.Com reserves the right to review materials used in conjunction with the service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. EFoodDepot.Com reserves the right to terminate your access to any service at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. EFoodDepot.Com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue the 3GIG E-Mail Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. Furthermore, you agree that EFoodDepot.Com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any disruption or termination of your access to the 3GIG E-Mail Service. ANTI SPAM POLICY: EFoodDepot.Com will instantly terminate any account which it believes, in its sole discretion, is disseminating or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk email. Further, you agree to pay EFoodDepot.Com actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated. EFoodDepot.Com reserves the right to increase/decrease this space anytime without any prior notice. Some messages may not be processed due to space constraints or outbound message limitations. You agree that EFoodDepot.Com is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store messages or other information. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY All Users of this service understand and accede that EFoodDepot.Com shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or substantial damages of any character including, but not limited to, damages resulting from the use or the inability to use EFoodDepot.Com's 3GIG E-Mail Service, the performance of EFoodDepot.Com's 3GIG E-Mail Service, or business information, computer damage, damages for loss of good will, business profit, business stoppage, data or intangible losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to or changes made to user's transmission of data, or any and all other commercial damages or loses.
